Sawing matters needing attention

Saw belt grinding

 Begin by sawing when running,can prolong the service life of the saw blade effect. We suggest that in the running-in stage was set to 60% the amount of feed. If the running vibration is generated,may be appropiate to reduce the cutting speed increase at the same time cutting pressure. The running-in period generally in about 15 minutes,or sawing area reached more than 300cm2,then returned to normal speed of sawing.
