TYPE OF TEETH FOR HSS SAW BLADE

A type tooth,geometry has been designed for machining

work,such as milling,with thin saw blades.

AW geometry has been designed for machining work,

such as slotting,with thin saw blades.

B For very thin wall tubes,it is not necessary to break

the chips,so the B geometry is suitable for such

applications.

BW With BW geometry,the teeth are alternately bevelled.lt

is most suitable for cutting light gauge steel tube and

sections on manual and semi-automatic machines.

The HZ tooth form is most suitable for solids and thick

wall tube cutting.The roughing tooth is bevelled on both

sides,and is between 0.2mm and 0.3mm higher than the

square finishing tooth.

TCT SAW BLADE FOR TUBE CUTTING

Circular saw blades with tungsten carbide inserts, referred to as TCT saw blades. Tungsten carbide is a hard material made of tungsten carbide powder (WC) through cobalt (CO) as a binder and sintered at high temperature, also known as tungsten steel. .Using cemented carbide as the cutter head and welding it on the substrate of the round alloy tool steel plate, it is called a cemented carbide circular saw blade. The substrate materials suitable for carbide circular saw blades are: 65Mn, 50Mn2V, SK5, SKS51 , 75Cr1, etc. Welding materials mainly include silver wire and silver solder sheet.
