Our History

Hangzhou FUWEISI Saw Industry Co., Ltd was established in Lishui city, zhejiang province of China in 2000, with factory for more than 50000 square meters and 660 staffs. Company got "Direct-Export license" in 2005, and now is a SGS certified supplier.

Company mainly manufacture M42 bimetal band saw blade, M42 bimetal reciprocating saw blade, M2 bimetal hacksaw blade, cermet tipped circular saw blade, TCT( tungsten carbide tipped) circular saw blade, HSS cold circular saw blade, etc for metal sawing & cutting industry. With production capacity of 30 million meters for M42/M51/TCT band saw blade annually, 10 million PCS for M42 bimetal reciprocating saw blade, 20 million PCS for M2 bimetal hacksaw blade, 500, 000 PCS for TCT carbide or cermet tipped circular saw blades and 600, 000 PCS for HSS cold circular saw blades each year.

For M42 bimetal band saw blades, we are manufacturing full dimension and TPI, and we only use raw material from Europe, USA and Japan, all our production machinery are from Europe or best machine tool supplier in China, and we have a very strict QC system, each meter of blade are monitored by computer and examing tools. We have 50 QC workers are only responsible for quality checking, and have more than 100 engineers in our plant. So we are very proud of our blades manufactured.

For TCT cermet tipped circular saw blade, we are manufacturing 285mm to 840mm in diameter with different tooth number. We are using Sandvik(from Sweden) tip and Japan saw body material, with most advanced & Latest technology CNC Vollmer(from Germany) machinery lines, so we are providing a best & Reliable quality cermet tipped circular saw blade for saw industry currently.

For HSS cold circular saw blades, what we do is from 32mm to 630mm for diameter and in all thickness and bore sizes, We only use certified HSS M2 and M35 material, and manufactured by most moden CNC machinery, together with Swedeen PVD coating process. And tooth grinding done by 4 axiles CNC grinding machines in order to gurantee tooth sharp and durable in all tooth number & Forms.
