base


The base is a box-shaped structure welded by steel plates, and the bed and column are fixed on it.


There is a large space in the inner cavity of the base, the left side is the electrical button control box, the right side is the electrical distribution board box, the hydraulic tank welded by the steel plate in the middle, the chamber is equipped with the hydraulic pump station, the hydraulic pipeline, the right side is the cooling cutting fluid box and the water pump, and the bottom four corners are anchor bolt holes.

The bed is cast iron, fixed on the base, the column is composed of a large and small cylinder, the big round column as the saw frame moving guide rail, is used to support the saw beam up and down movement, and to ensure accurate guidance, the small cylinder plays an auxiliary role, so as to ensure the normal cutting of the saw blade. The middle is a clamping vise and a manual feeding mechanism. The front of the vise is connected with a workbench to undertake finished parts. The clamping device on the left is a clamping screw rod that passes through the inner hole of the hydraulic clamping cylinder rod, rotates the hand wheel or presses the button to make the left clamping mouth move around.


Saw beam and transmission mechanism


It is made of thick steel plate cutting and welding, and has strong rigidity. The worm wheel box is fixed on the right back side, and the worm wheel in the box is firmly connected with the driving wheel above the saw beam, and the two rotate synchronously. The left side is the passive wheel and the tension position of the saw blade. The rotary motion of the saw blade is transferred to the driving wheel by the main motor, belt wheel and worm wheel through the two-stage transmission, and then the driving wheel and the saw blade drive the passive wheel to achieve the saw blade running speed in three levels.


Saw blade guide


The guide device installed on the saw beam support plate is composed of a left and right guide arm and a guide head. The left and right guide arms can be moved along the dovetail (or the right guide arm is fixed on the column sleeve), and the distance between the two guide arms is adjusted to be about 40mm wider than the workpiece size. The guide device is used to change the installation Angle of the saw blade, so that the saw blade is vertical to the workbench. In order to ensure the cutting accuracy of the saw blade and reduce vibration, the left and right guide arms are equipped with a set of guide wheels (rolling bearings) and wear-resistant guide blocks, and the back of the saw blade is also equipped with wear-resistant alloy guide blocks.


Clamping mechanism


The right vise is fixed on the bed body, the clamping screw passes through the hydraulic clamping cylinder hole, and the left vise is connected by the screw along the guide rail, and is connected when the left vise is 10-30MM away from the workpiece. Hand press the clamping or loosening clamp of the control panel to grip or loosen the workpiece.


Tensioning device


The tensioning device is composed of a skateboard seat, skateboard, screw, etc. When the saw blade is to be tensioned, the saw blade can be tensioned by rotating the torque wrench in a clockwise direction and is in working condition. If the saw machine is shut down for a long time, the torque wrench rotates the saw blade in the counterclockwise direction to loosen it. After loosening the saw blade, a new saw blade can be replaced.
