3. Correct Installation & Fastening: Stability is Essential
1. Mounting Direction
The rotation arrow on the saw blade must align with the spindle rotation direction of the machine.
Reverse mounting can lead to increased cutting resistance, rough cutting surfaces, or even tooth breakage.
2. Flange Requirements
The flange diameter should be no less than 1/3 of the blade diameter (e.g., for a 250mm blade, flange diameter ≥ 80mm).
Flanges must be parallel and free from wear to ensure even clamping of the blade.
3. Fastening Torque
Use a torque wrench to tighten the locking nut to the specified torque.
Over-tightening: May deform the blade body, causing runout during rotation.
Under-tightening: The blade may loosen during operation, leading to slipping, blade damage, or spindle failure.
4. Idle Test Run
After installation, run the machine idle for a few seconds to check for abnormal vibration or noise. Confirm everything is normal before starting the cut.
