The BS - 912 series metal cutting band saws (including models BS - 912B, BS - 912G, BS - 912GR, and BS - 912GDR) come with the following advantages:
Wide cutting range: At 90°, they can cut circular workpieces up to 229mm (9") in diameter and rectangular workpieces of 178×305mm (7"×12"). At 45°, circular workpieces of 150mm (6") in diameter and rectangular workpieces of 127×150mm (5"×6") can be cut, suitable for various processing needs.
Flexible speed adjustment: With multiple blade speeds like 32, 60, 83, 115 MPM at 60Hz and 26, 50, 73, 95 MPM at 50Hz, the speed can be precisely adjusted according to different materials and thicknesses, ensuring cutting efficiency and quality.
Stable power and transmission: The motor power is 1.1kW 1.5HP (3PH/1PH optional), combined with V - belt or gear transmission, providing stable power output and reliable transmission, reducing operation fluctuations.
Portable and durable: Some models use die - cast aluminum saw frames, which are lightweight and easy to carry. The reasonable packing sizes (such as 154×59×115cm, etc.) make transportation and placement convenient. Moreover, the overall structural design takes durability into account, enabling long - term stable operation.
